– where decisions are complex, time-critical and consequential.

Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across innovation, company building and operating model design, advising founders, boards, family owners and investors in situations where structure, clarity and execution matter more than theory.

Background & Approach

My background combines strategic design and hands-on execution: from business and operating models to leadership advisory, executive search, people due diligence and M&A-related decision support. This allows me to look at organisations not only through a strategic lens, but through the realities of leadership behaviour, governance and execution capacity.

Leadership

I am the author of the LinkedIn blog “Leadership in Motion” where I write about leadership under pressure, transitions, and the human dynamics behind critical decisions.
I am also an associated advisor for private markets at MU, a global leadership advisory firm. Through this association, my clients gain access to bespoke, senior leadership advisory worldwide - particularly valuable in international succession, board and transaction contexts.

On a personal note: I am married and a father of three – which has shaped my understanding of responsibility, continuity and long-term thinking more than any professional role.
